About the event
Our online support group is a safe, confidential and inclusive space for adults who have experienced spiritual abuse, cultic abuse or coercive control within a faith or high-control environment. Whether you've recently left or have been rebuilding your life for years, you'll find a community of people who truly understand.
The group meets every other Thursday from 7:00pm to 8:00pm (UK time). Sessions are free to attend and open to survivors aged 18 and over, regardless of the group you were part of, your faith, or where you live in the world.
Facilitated by SUUK founder Rachael Reign, each session combines peer support with practical tools to help you navigate life after abuse. Together, we'll explore topics such as healing, rebuilding identity, setting healthy boundaries, managing relationships, and moving forward with confidence in a supportive, trauma-informed environment where there's never any pressure to share before you're ready.
