Get Support

Reaching out can feel frightening — especially if you’re still connected to a high-control group, worried about being monitored, or contacting us about someone you love.

Surviving Universal UK supports people affected by high-control groups and harmful religious or spiritual environments, including people who have left or are trying to leave, people still involved and unsure what to do, family members, partners and friends seeking advice, and professionals looking for guidance or resources.

This form helps us understand how to respond safely and appropriately. You don’t need to share your full story here — we will take things step by step.

Important: Surviving Universal UK is not an emergency service.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 999 or your local emergency number.

If you need urgent support with your mental health, you can contact the NHS urgent mental health helpline by calling 111 (England). They are available 24/7.
