Our Monthly Support Groups
Surviving Universal UK hosts free, online support spaces for victims and survivors of cultic and spiritual abuse across the world.
These sessions are trauma-informed, survivor-led, and open to everyone—no matter which group you left, where you live, or how you identify. All of our spaces are LGBTQ+-affirming and built on respect, safety, and solidarity.
Main Support Group
Second Sunday of every month, 6 pm UK time
Led by founder Rachael Reign, this group brings together survivors from all backgrounds to connect, share experiences, and learn practical tools for recovery. It’s a safe, inclusive space to rebuild confidence and community after control.
Faith-Based Fellowship Group-
REVIVE
Monthly (see event listings for dates)
Facilitated by Robin, a survivor based in the US, this is a gentle follow-on space for those who’ve experienced spiritual or cultic abuse within a church or faith setting—and who still wish to nurture a healthy Christian connection. It’s not a church, but a supportive fellowship for prayer, reflection, and healing in a space that honours survivors’ boundaries and diversity.
Both groups are open, compassionate, and LGBTQ+-affirming—places where survivors can heal without fear, shame, or judgment.
