Surviving Universal UK Support Group

Our monthly support group is a safe and inclusive space for anyone who has experienced spiritual or cultic abuse. Whether you are just beginning your journey out of a high-control environment or have been rebuilding for years, this is a place to connect with others who understand.

The group meets on the second Sunday of every month at 6pm UK time. Sessions are free to attend and open to all adult survivors, regardless of which group you were part of or where in the world you live.

Led by SUUK founder Rachael Reign, each meeting combines community connection with practical skills to help survivors navigate life after abuse. Together we explore tools for healing, building boundaries, and finding support in everyday life.
